御礼と営業時間変更のお知らせ。

こんにちは。

早いもので、五月も半ば…皆様、如何お過ごしでしょうか?

先ずは、御礼です。

この度、ジョンティも5月11日で丸十年を迎えます。

2009年オープン以来、多くのお客様に支えられ、業者の方の多大なる御尽力、諸先輩方、そして従業員の忍耐と家族の愛があり、ここまで地道にやってこれました。本当に感謝いたします。ありがとうございます。

私自身が変わる切っ掛と多大な影響を与えてくれた「アルザス」に感謝し、これからも地道にやっていきたいと思います。今後とも、御贔屓に宜しくお願い申し上げます。

何かイベント的なものをと思っていたのですが、定休日を除き、やはりその日、その瞬間しかご来店出来ないお客様もいらっしゃいますので、今回も平常通り営業致します。何だかつまらなく、申し訳ございません。

と、10年一区切りではありませんが、営業時間の変更のご報告です。

昨今、働き方等、色々と変革時期であります。それが良いか悪いか別として、お店の十年はまだ十年ですが、人の十年はそれなりに蓄積していくものもあり、30代で立ち上げ、イケイケだった体力も40代半ば。まだまだバリバリですが、毎日毎日の長時間労働がより身に沁みるようになり(笑)。

仕込みの時間はどうしても削る事が出来ませんし、スタッフの身体のことも真剣に考えていかなくてはなりませんので、これにはお客様のご理解とご協力がとても大事になってまいります。どうぞ宜しくお願い致します。

営業時間

平日のランチは変更ございません。

土日祝日のランチ

12:00~14:30LO(ア・ラ・カルトをご希望のお客様、早めのご入店をお勧めしております。夜のメニューは、ランチメニューと違い一つ一つお時間がかかります。LOギリギリですとご用意できない場合がございますし、急いでお召し上がりになられるのも、こちらとしても辛いですので。) 15:00頃CLOSE

平日のディナー

18:00~21:30LO(お時間のかかるお料理等はギリギリのご入店ではご用意できない場合もございますし限られたお食事内容となります。この場合遅くても21:00迄にはご入店下さると助かります。)22:30CLOSE(日により、早く閉める日もあります。)

土日祝日のディナー

18:00~21:00LO 22:00CLOSE お料理、ご入店に関しては同上。

全ては、この限りではございません。その日その日よって、変動等はあると思います。
